Our office is staffed with Enrolled Agents. Many people ask what an Enrolled Agent is.   An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of practicing, that is, representing taxpayers, before the Internal Revenue Service.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are generally unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can practice before. We are people who have passed a grueling two day exam, given by the Internal Revenue Service, which tests our tax knowledge. By passing this test, Enrolled Agents are eligible "to practice before the Internal Revenue Service."

		Mary Ann Teders started this company in 1987. She has been preparing income tax returns since 1980, specializing in Estate and Trust returns. She prepares individual and business returns, especially ministers.  She is a member of ACAT (Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation), CSTC (California Society of Tax Consultants), ABWA (American Business Womens Association), and the National Society of Tax Preparers.
		Cynthia Teders Glassman, Mary Ann's daughter, has a degree in Accounting and has been working in the field since 1988. She specializes in Corporation, Partnership, and LLC returns.  She is a Notary Public and is a member of NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents) and CSEA (California Society of Enrolled Agents).
		Priscilla Lerma is our office manager. She is an experienced bookkeeper, as well as an Enrolled Agent.  She is a Notary Public, a Real Estate Licensee, and is a member of the CSTC (California Society of Tax Consultants).
		Diane Lelko is our Payroll Manager.  Although accuracy is her strong point, she is quick and efficient at with your payroll.  Her knowledge is a valuable asset to our company, as well as yours.  If you have any payroll questions, do not hesitate to call.
		Danya (Dee) Bulza is a  bookkeeper as well as a Notary Public.  She is very experienced, organized and efficient.  With her degree in I.T., she is very computer savvy.
		Tiffany Muir is one of our bookkeepers, and also prepares payroll.
		Jennifer Winters is specializing in payroll.  She has been on our team for several years, and is keeping us up to date.
		Carole Sampson is a recent addition to our payroll and bookkeeping team. She brings with her many years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.
		Rita Gallegos handles our accounts receivable and also supports the front desk.
We also have four experienced seasonal tax preparers:
		Ann Mills has been preparing taxes for 15 years. She does a wide variety of returns for individuals and businesses. She is a member of NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents), CSEA (California Society of Enrolled Agents), ACAT (Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, and CSTC (California Society of Tax Consultants).
		Cecilia (Ceci) Rauch has over 15 years of tax experience. She also prepares a wide variety of returns, including estates and trusts.  She is a member of CSTC (California Society of Tax Preparers).
		Elizabeth (Liz) Larson has been preparing individual tax returns for more than 20 years.  She is also a member of CSTC (California Society of Tax Preparers).
		Cookie Diamond has been preparing individual tax returns for more than 20 years.  She is also a member of CSTC (California Society of Tax Preparers).
