About Us...

Our company was established in 1987 by Mary Ann Teders. She has always valued hard work. With strong values and work ethics, she has successfully made this company what it is today. We just continue to grow and grow...and now, here we are on the internet.

Our Tax Preparers...

Our office is staffed with Enrolled Agents. Many people ask what an Enrolled Agent is.  An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of practicing, that is, representing taxpayers, before the Internal Revenue Service.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are generally unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can practice before. We are people who have passed a grueling two day exam, given by the Internal Revenue Service, which tests our tax knowledge. By passing this test, Enrolled Agents are eligible "to practice before the Internal Revenue Service."

Mary Ann Teders Mary Ann Teders started this company in 1987. She is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing income tax returns since 1980, specializing in Estate and Trust returns. She prepares individual and business returns, especially ministers.  She is a member of Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, California Society of Tax Consultants, American Business Women's Association, and National Society of Tax Preparers.
Cynthia Teders Glassman Cynthia Teders Glassman has a degree in Accounting and has been working in the field since 1988. She is an Enrolled Agent specializes in Business returns and is a Notary Public. She is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and California Society of Enrolled Agents.
Priscilla Lerma Priscilla Lerma is our office manager. She is experienced in bookkeeping, payroll, and in the field of real estate.  She is an Enrolled Agent, and has been preparing taxes since 1981. She is a Notary Public and a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants.
Diane Lelko Diane Lelko is our Payroll Manager.  Although accuracy is her strong point, she is quick and efficient with your payroll.  Her knowledge is a valuable asset to our company, as well as yours.  If you have any payroll questions, do not hesitate to call.
Dee Bulza Danya (Dee) Bulza is our facilities manager. She is a  bookkeeper as well as a Notary Public.  With her degree in I.T., she is very computer savvy and provides our in-house support.
Tiffany Muir Tiffany Muir is one of our newest tax preparers.  She has been doing bookkeeping and payroll with our company for many years and has recently expanded her education to include tax preparation.
Jennifer Winters Jennifer Winters specializes in payroll.  She has been on our team for several years, and is keeping us up to date.
Carole Sampson  Carole Sampson is a valued member of our payroll and bookkeeping team. She brings with her many years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.  She specializes in Certified Payroll and Non-Profit bookkeeping
Rita Gallegos Rita Gallegos handles our accounts receivable and also supports the front desk. She is also our 1099 expert, getting all those pesky 1099's filed with the government.

Ann Mills Ann Mills is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes since 1988. She does a wide variety of returns for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. She is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents, California Society of Enrolled Agents, Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, and an active member of California Society of Tax Consultants. 
 Liz Larson Elizabeth (Liz) Larson is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing individual tax returns for more than 20 years.  She lives in Arizona, and travels back to Ontario each year to take care of her clients.
Cookie Diamond Cookie Diamond has been preparing individual tax returns for more than 20 years, specializing in non-resident returns.  She is also a member of California Society of Tax Preparers.
Annette Finnerty   Annette Finnerty is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes for more than 20 years.  She is an active member of CSTC.
     
Randi Stern   Randi Stern is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes for over 18 years.  She is an active member of CSTC.
